This beautiful mural was created over a number of workshops that Nichola Clarke instructed from Horsham primary school. Each child drew a series of images they were then transferred to the background Nichola had designed. The beautiful drawings were then painted by students finishing touches by Nichola. This mural took  a few months to paint. The students had a story for their mural. During the drought in The Wimmera a lot of children had never seen the Wimmera River full of water and they believed if they painted the mural with water featured in the river then the rain  would come. Later in the same year when the mural was hung Horsham had a huge flood and the river has never been dry since.
